- It is mandatory for every guest to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without a valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
- PAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID card. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of an extra mattress. Breakfast charges may be applicable.
- Pets are not allowed
- Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Campsite, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the Campsite , the Campsite reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
- Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Campsite assets. Guests shall keep the room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
- In case of any reduction in the actual number of persons from the guaranteed number, the guaranteed number of persons will be charged.
- Wear comfortable clothes, footwear and carry a sun cap. Swimming costumes are a must if you intend to use the pool and women should use a shower cap when in the pool.
- Avoid smoking in No smoking areas.
- No activity will be undertaken if any guest is found under the influence of Alcohol.
- Outside food is strictly not permitted. Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.
- Campsite Standard Check-in time is 13:00 hours IST and check-out time is 11:00 hours, and for Dayout 09:00 am to 06:00 pm.
- Applicable Taxes – Taxes are as applicable at the time of reservation.
- All standard policies pertaining to the Resort/ hospitality industry are applicable, when a specific reservation policy is not mentioned in the “Reservation Confirmation” document.
Music strictly not allowed post 10:00 pm since we Re-side by the eco sensitive zone.
Property will not be providing speakers for music, guests should carry their own speaker for music according to their group size.
- Payment of 50% to be made in order to confirm the booking.
- The remaining Balance amount specified in the Booking Confirmation Guest shall pay before day of arrival.
We would love to host you but in case your plans changes below cancellation charges will be applicable:
- If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 35% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 2-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-1 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of postponement of the event or tour 25% of the amount will be charged from the total amount.
